Citizens Bank

If you're not feeling the PNC Banking vibe, then try Citizens Bank. They are another local bank that a lot of people who live in Allegheny County use. There are many branches around and in Meadville so finding an ATM or branch to walk in to shouldn't be hard.

PNC Bank

If you're thinking of not creating a PNC account- like I had when I was freshman- I would think again. Allegheny partners with PNC and so there are only PNC ATMs on campus and you get student discounts when signing up for a card. Also, if you don't have online banking set up with your other bank, depositing a check will be much easier with a PNC bank since they are located in Meadville.
